Job Summary
Analyze client business needs and translate them into robust functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically for warehouse management, inventory, purchasing, sales, and distribution. Lead high-value ERP implementation projects from scoping through go-live and post-implementation support, while maintaining constant vigilance on Supply Chain module developments to propose innovative solutions. Develop rigorous functional documentation and configure modules for maximum optimization, ensuring seamless integration with finance and production modules. Mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and facilitate client workshops to provide strategic advice and guide organizational choices. Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders across North America to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field
- 10 years of experience in ERP implementations, with several full implementation projects
- Strong expertise in logistics processes including WMS, order management, purchasing/sales, and inventory
- Proven experience leading or making major contributions to full-cycle ERP projects
- Ability to mentor and guide clients in their strategic and operational decisions
- Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America
