Consultant(e) Impact & RSE (F/H)

Consultant(e) Impact & RSE to intervene at the heart of Burson's Impact & Transformation team, performing diagnostics, designing tailor-made RSE strategies aligned with CSRD/CS3D/AGEC/EMPCO/EUDR and international standards (ODD, SBTi, ISSB), supporting the implementation of concrete policies (decarbonation, circularity, biodiversity, QVCT) and establishing reporting tools (double materiality analyses, IRO, dashboards, carbon balances). Responsibilities span strategic consulting, communication content creation (non-financial reports, presentations, op-eds, guides, charters), events and campaigns, business development with existing clients and new pursuits, and collaboration with Burson's international network in France and abroad. The role embraces a hybrid work model with on-site presence in Paris and coordination across a global agency network; fluency in English is required.
