Job Summary
Design and structure future business processes by analyzing complex requirements, mapping operational flows, and designing fluid, interconnected Zoho solutions. Build advanced automations, workflow rules, and rigid Blueprints to optimize productivity while challenging client requests to prioritize high-impact features and ensure strong ROI. Lead implementation projects with agility, managing billable hours, budgets, and transparent deliverables alongside technical teams to build custom solution components. Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate operational realities into functional specifications and deliver comprehensive documentation and training to drive tool adoption. Work remotely on a 40-hour week with full holiday closure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the configuration, advanced customization, and deployment of the Zoho One suite
