Job Summary
Lead the regional technology agenda for the Americas by acting as the bridge between operations and technology teams to ensure business priorities drive digital initiatives. Provide strategic advice to regional leadership on technology opportunities, risks, and priorities, while supporting the deployment of global standards and platforms. Direct the implementation of approved projects, including stakeholder engagement, testing, and deployment, while monitoring outcomes to measure value and identify improvements. Define the strategic direction for AI, automation, and data solutions, personally leading the analysis, design, and development of practical technology implementations using enterprise tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Azure AI.
Required Qualifications
- Act as the regional technology lead for the Americas
- Build strong connections between operational and technology teams
- Provide strategic advice to regional leadership on technology opportunities, risks, and priorities
- Support the regional deployment of global technology strategies, standards, and platforms
- Drive the adoption of enterprise platforms, processes, and digital solutions across the region
- Lead regional implementation activities for approved initiatives
- Monitor post-implementation outcomes, measure value delivered, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Help harmonize technology practices by balancing regional needs with enterprise-wide standardization goals
- Define and shape the strategic direction for AI, automation, data, and digital technologies
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Responsible AI, automation, digital transformation, and associated value levers
- Design, develop, test, and implement AI-enabled document management and information governance solutions
- Develop, configure, integrate, or coordinate solutions using approved enterprise technologies
- Act as the primary connection between PDM, operations and technology teams
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Permanent role based in Montreal, QC
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish would be considered an asset
