Job Summary
Conduct strategic audits of General Time Allocation (GTA) and payroll rules for a public client operating in economic development and international trade. Recense and organize existing regulations to ensure seamless transition to a new payroll tool scheduled for early 2025. Guarantee the longevity and evolution of these practices by validating legal, collective, and internal usage standards. Parametrize GTA tools and draft technical specifications while collaborating with clients on their transformation journey. Work remotely three days per week within a collective team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en conseil GTA / Planification
- Maîtrise des logiciels Kronos, Kelio ou eTemptation
- Talent pour paramétrer les outils GTA et rédiger des spécifications
- Alignement avec les valeurs de professionnalisme, convivialité et engagement durable
