Job Summary

Develop statistical analysis plans, psychometric analysis plans, and output shells while executing statistical analyses using SAS, R, and Mplus to generate results. Interpret findings by drafting technical reports, psychometric reports, and summary presentations for multidisciplinary audiences. Participate in internal and client meetings to communicate analytical outcomes and support business development activities including proposal writing. Contribute to team development by reviewing relevant literature and leading methodology-focused discussions and trainings.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in (bio)statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, mathematics, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy or closely related discipline, plus 1 year of experience in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in (bio)statistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, mathematics, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy or closely related discipline, plus 2 years of experience in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or analytics
  • At least basic knowledge of statistical methods that apply to clinical trials (such as descriptive analyses, regression analysis including linear, logistic, and mixed-effects models, survival analysis, missing data approaches etc.) and/or psychometric analysis methods (such as classical test theory [CTT], item response theory [IRT], exploratory and confirmatory factor models, structural equation modelling, etc.)
  • Programming experience with one or more statistical software packages such as SAS, R, or Mplus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Interest in keeping up to date with proceedings on statistical methodology in relevant fields
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Solid technical writing skills
  • Ability to interpret and describe complex research results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools used for project management and communication
  • Effective teamwork skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in a virtual environment
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire necessary knowledge on clinical subjects or methodological approaches specific to each project
  • Attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare sectors
  • Familiarity with consulting service methodologies, health data analysis, and commercial research methods
  • Experience in executing data-driven projects and developing client-facing reports and presentations
