Job Summary
Collaborate with facility care teams to promote nutritional well-being while upholding regulatory standards and clinical best practices across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, and Group Homes. Conduct resident-centered care planning utilizing clinical nutrition expertise, MDS Section K, and PDPM knowledge. Build trust and rapport with residents and staff while managing documentation, EMR systems, and time-sensitive tasks independently. Work flexible hours without evening or weekend shifts, with options for full-time or part-time engagement. Licensing and credentialing reimbursement available for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (or eligible)
- Licensed/certified per state requirements
- Build trust and rapport with residents and facility staff
- Communicate effectively and solve problems with confidence
- Strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills
- Understand clinical nutrition, care planning, MDS Section K, and PDPM
- Feel comfortable using EMR systems and basic tech tools
- Work independently
