Job Summary
Lead planning, technical design, development, and integration of complex, enterprise-scale applications within the Finance Technology team. Assemble, implement, and maintain flexible solutions that enhance client experience while aligning with digital transformation strategy. Perform and coordinate complex application programming to deliver robust, scalable solutions, designing technical infrastructure using databases, programming languages, and testing methodologies. Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and lead projects involving backend systems, new technology adoption, and existing application enhancements. Act as development team lead, running code-review sessions to ensure milestones are met and mentoring intermediate and senior developers. This role requires 7+ years of Databricks and Azure Data Factory experience, with a 37.5-hour weekly schedule and on-site/remote arrangements discussed during interviews.

- Minimum 7 years' experience in GITHUB
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Batch Job Scheduler
- Minimum 7 years' experience in SFTP File transfers tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related technical discipline

Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and structured Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) is an asset
- Experience with REST APIs and broader Azure services (1–3 years is an asset)
- Essential for development within Databricks and ADF for building pipelines
