Job Summary
Build trusted relationships with clients and translate business requirements into practical data solutions. Design scalable data models, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, and construct business intelligence dashboards using SQL, dbt, and cloud platforms like Snowflake or Databricks. Proactively manage project risks, communicate progress to stakeholders, and implement data governance practices. Contribute to AI-enabled analytics and automation where relevant to improve customer outcomes. This role requires unrestricted working rights in Australia and at least three years of data analytics experience. Synogize helps organizations solve business problems through a customer-focused approach to data strategy and engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- At least three years of relevant Data & Analytics experience
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex data transformations
- Experience designing analytical or dimensional data models
- A strong understanding of ETL and ELT concepts
- Experience with at least one cloud data platform, such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery
- Experience with at least one business intelligence platform, such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working directly with clients and translating business needs into technical solutions
