Job Summary
Beghou is seeking a data analytics consultant to drive data-driven projects across commercial efforts in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. You will conceptualize, execute, and integrate data-driven initiatives, lead project teams, provide thought leadership, and coordinate with global teams. Responsibilities include designing high-quality deliverables with cross-functional teams, defining project scope and development strategies with leadership, contributing to internal data warehouse builds, applying data platform knowledge (data warehouse, monitoring) and ETL design, and coordinating client communications, timelines, and reporting. You will develop and optimize data processes, use coding to facilitate data handling, and ensure seamless project execution across diverse teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with one or more UI-based ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, Informatica, SnapLogic, Boomi, Prophecy)
- Experience with relational database technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel
- Knowledge of coding languages (Python, PySpark, SAS, VBA); data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex is preferred
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with data analytics best practices in pharmaceutical sector
