Job Summary
Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM with 3–5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting D365 F&O SCM solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, configuring SCM modules (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Sales Order Management, Master Planning), conducting workshops and fit-gap analysis, preparing FDDs/BRDs/process flow diagrams, collaborating with technical teams for customizations and integrations, performing system testing and UAT, providing end-user training and documentation, supporting data migration and cutover, troubleshooting and post-go-live support, and working with Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical teams. Preferred qualifications include Agile/Scrum experience, Power Platform knowledge, Azure DevOps exposure, Dynamics certifications, and domain experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or logistics.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
- Strong functional expertise in SCM modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, Master Planning
- Experience in at least one end-to-end D365 F&O implementation project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to conduct workshops and interact with business stakeholders
- Understanding of integrations with third-party applications
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field
