Job Summary
Lead and deliver ESG advisory projects in India and across South/Southeast Asia, applying ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, DJSI/S&P, CDP, UNPRI) and regulatory trends; conduct on-site ESG audits, stakeholder interviews, and due diligence; analyze ESG data in Excel and prepare dashboards, reports, and client-ready presentations; coordinate multi-workstream sustainability initiatives, develop written reports, and present findings to clients both virtually and in person; support proposal development and client engagement while meeting billability targets and maintaining flexible work hours; require travel across the region and strong communication with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 5–9 years in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or related roles, with exposure to field work and regional projects
- Certifications such as GRI, SASB, or ISO 14001/45001 auditor credentials are an advantage
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across South and Southeast Asia
