Consultant Conversion - Technology Financial Coordinator (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Coordinate funding and approval processes for capital requests in Investment Management Technology and Operations. Provide financial management, control and analysis for Funding Requests, initiate oversight of capital provisioning, gather documentation and budget confirmation with Project Managers, Sourcing Managers, Business Managers and IT Finance, and reconcile project financials across portfolios. Support communication of the technology agenda and contribute to process improvements in financial analysis and tracking. Requires experience in financial services, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; bilingual (French and English) is expected in Montreal.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a financial services role or similar
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management or reporting is a plus
- French and English proficiency required
