Conduct social control audits for client absence, IJSS, and provident fund processes by collecting, consolidating, and reconciling HR and payroll data. Analyze variances between client data, social security reimbursements, and payroll elements to identify optimization opportunities and calculate generated gains. Serve as the primary client contact for mission launches, KPI reporting, and steering committee meetings to deliver process improvement advice. Automate recurring treatments using advanced Excel and VBA while collaborating with operational teams to ensure data integrity. Apply rigorous analytical skills to root-cause discrepancies and streamline workflows within the BPO context.
