Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive secondary and primary research to develop competitive analyses and recurring reports for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the Strategy and Innovation team to scope projects, organize thematic data, and synthesize findings into clear communication documents with compelling visualizations. Present updates, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and facilitate project engagement meetings. Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis, supplemented by generative AI capabilities, to track market trends and inform strategic prioritization across Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts's key markets.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of the health care industry and health plan business
- Strong qualitative, quantitative, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, project and time management skills
- Strong secondary research skills
- Data visualization skills (Tableau)
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum five years of relevant business experience
- demonstrated experience in consulting, research and analysis, or other relevant field
