Job Summary
Consultant, Climate Risk Management leading the design and ongoing enhancement of the Climate Risk Management Framework, embedding risk practices across the enterprise, and supporting regulatory disclosure and resilience initiatives. Role involves scenario analysis, stress testing, and developing clear dashboards for senior leadership and the Board; requires 5+ years in enterprise risk management or ESG/climate risk within financial services; Bachelor's degree in a related field; hybrid on-site presence in Vancouver.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Environmental Science, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, ESG/climate risk, or sustainability-related roles within financial services or similarly regulated industries
- Experience with climate risk assessment, regulatory and disclosure requirements (OSFI B-15, TCFD, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2)
- Experience applying climate scenario analysis and stress testing to support risk appetite, reporting and decision-making
- Proficiency in risk reporting and dashboard creation for senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
