Job Summary
Consultant to join MGT's AI Operating Group, designing end-to-end AI solution architectures for client engagements, including building RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems with LangChain/LangGraph; architecting data pipelines and integrating AI capabilities with client systems; developing reusable components and accelerators; translating business requirements into technical designs and presenting architectures to clients and leadership; role sits at the intersection of consulting and hands-on AI solution delivery across government-focused client engagements; travel to an office is expected for remote employees.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience; strong technical problem-solving ability and track record of building solutions that work
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: LLM-based application development, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, or vector databases
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technical capabilities and platforms quickly
- Strong communication skills; ability to work with consultants, clients, and executive leadership
- Ability to independently scope, architect, and deliver technical solutions with minimal oversight
- A builder mentality: prefer figuring it out and shipping over waiting for a detailed specification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
