Job Summary
Consultant – Business Experimentation Advisors & Consulting Services responsibilities include providing creative input on projects across various industries, developing strategies and programs for regional/global clients using Test & Learn data science tools, collaborating with Mastercard teams to understand client needs and risks, and building trusted client relationships. The role requires leading internal and client meetings, shaping working analyses with Test & Learn adoption, contributing to the firm’s intellectual capital, and mentoring through professional growth opportunities. Strong analytical/technical subject-matter guidance, client-facing communication, and ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, technology, or data science
- Relevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experience
- Logical, structured thinking and affinity with numerical analysis
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
- Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
