Job Summary
Lead business configuration validation for AWD changes to ensure workflows, routing, business rules, and task setup align with approved requirements and operational needs. Perform data validation and troubleshooting to confirm expected outcomes, identify configuration defects and process gaps, and recommend scalable improvements. Support release readiness and production validation activities, including coordination with AWD partners. Drive process improvement and automation opportunities using tools like SS&C AWD / Chorus, connect workflow decisions to insurance (P&C) operations, and communicate insights across business, product, and technical teams. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, facilitate agile ceremonies, and define KPIs to measure product effectiveness. Remote position; collaboration with AWD partners and cross-functional stakeholders is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field
- 7+ years of experience delivering initiatives and conducting customer research to inform value-based solutions
- Experience delivering work in an agile environment
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry and agile planning practices
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and influence product roadmap
