Job Summary
Build trusted relationships with clients to support partnership goals and deliver exceptional outputs. Apply continuous improvement approaches to solve difficult problems, transferring knowledge to client teams while using change management skills to assist in project planning and delivery. Required Qualifications
- Background in the industries in which BFY specialises (Energy and Utilities)
- Previous consulting experience
- Continuous improvement or change management experience from a different industry
- 2-3 years' experience in a change/CI/project focused role
- Ability to communicate extremely well
- Enjoy building relationships with people
- Driven to progress and own own development
- Do not need Sponsorship or a Visa to work in the UK
