Consultant Associate/Consultant/Managing Consultant, Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change (ESG/GHG)

Job Summary
Lead and deliver sustainability and ESG advisory projects end-to-end for APAC clients, driving climate and ESG initiatives from scope definition to final delivery. Design and implement decarbonization strategies, GHG accounting frameworks, and climate disclosure approaches (CDP, EcoVadis) aligned with client objectives. Manage data collection/validation of GHG data, translate insights into high-quality reports and executive-ready presentations, and support integration of sustainable finance considerations. Build and manage senior client relationships, mentor junior team members, contribute to business development, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs within budget. Strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, and keeping pace with regulatory developments, market trends, and carbon markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, economics, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in ESG/climate consulting, sustainability strategy, or a related field
- Development and execution of disclosure strategies and submissions for CDP
- Experience supporting EcoVadis assessments
- GHG accounting and verification (Scope 1-3)
- Climate risk and opportunity assessments
- Natural capital and biodiversity-related risk analysis (TNFD-aligned)
- Sustainable finance experience (green bonds, sustainability-linked loans)
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in project leadership and client engagement
