Job Summary
Lead incubation workstreams from concept through validation, partnering with Product, Technology, and Applied Science teams to define strategy and execute initiatives. Present progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership while translating complex challenges into actionable solutions for USRM. Manage cross-functional projects that test emerging opportunities, de-risk capabilities, and scale successful solutions across digital, AI-enabled, and operational domains. Requires strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate fluency in AI and emerging technologies to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes. 10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
