Consultant at Roland Berger involved from day one in crafting creative strategies and business models for clients. Responsibilities include working on strategy projects across industries, assuming responsibility for a project module, conducting client interviews, preparing and participating in workshops, performing market research and data analysis, preparing client pitches, and contributing to office life. Candidates should hold a university degree from a top university, have 2–3 years of professional experience, and be fluent in English and Dutch and/or French. The role emphasizes creativity, strong analytical and synthesis skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work well in a team; location is Brussels with in-person work.
