Job Summary
Manage or lead multiple consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Serve as a key point of contact to build trusted relationships with stakeholders while providing strategic direction and intellectual leadership. Execute rigorous research and analysis to develop actionable insights, then design and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations. Identify strategic alternatives to address complex client questions, support follow-on work, and contribute to proposal development and business growth. Coach team members on project delivery and professional development, while leading internal initiatives related to recruiting and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Candidates must reside in the same country where the role is located
