Job Summary
Coordinates the administration of the Absence Management Programs; partners with leaders and team members to coordinate, analyze, and investigate information related to cases; reviews and interprets disability documentation and determines appropriate accommodations; implements accommodations and ensures compliance with policies and federal/state leave regulations; provides instruction, guidance and customer service to leaders, team members and HR; makes decisions on appeals, approvals, and denials of accommodations based on medical certification/documentation; facilitates and monitors return to work; establishes and maintains effective recordkeeping systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with FMLA, Workers' Compensation, ADAA A laws, LTD, STD, and Cobra
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred
- CPDM (Certified Professional Disability Management) and CLMS (Certified Leave Management Specialist) preferred
