Job Summary
Consultant responsible for promoting CBC mission, recruiting and maintaining sponsor relationships, and achieving blood collection goals. Manages sponsor accounts, educates and supports account blood drive coordinators, maintains up-to-date sponsor information in CBC CRM, and conducts face-to-face sales calls with potential sponsors/donors. Requires travel, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, strong communication, customer service, relationship-building, and ability to work with CBC management and donor groups to drive donor participation and successful blood drives. Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 2 years in sales or account relationship management; ability to travel and perform in-person outreach and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred), or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account relationship management
- Ability to work varied hours, evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to travel and conduct face–to-face sales calls with clients
- Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours
