Consultancy for the development of IOM Community Based Protection Learning Note – Type B

Develop a Learning Note on Community-Based Protection by documenting lessons learned, promising practices, and operational challenges from global contexts, with specific focus on countries under RDPP and COMPASS. Identify and synthesize best practices and illustrative case studies to inform IOM institutional guidance and support future interventions. Analyze settings where migrants face protection risks such as limited access to services and exploitation to ensure contextually appropriate approaches. Deliver findings as an Annex to IOM institutional CBP Guidance to serve staff, partners, and donors. This consultancy is co-funded under RDPP and COMPASS, contributing to strengthened migration governance systems across 14 countries in North Africa and beyond.
