- Kennis van en/of ervaring met relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Participatiewet en IOAW
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de gemeentelijke sociale dienstverlening
