Job Summary
Assist in organizing and maintaining the construction yard and materials; load and unload materials and equipment; help prepare job sites for construction activities; ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices; perform routine maintenance and upkeep of yard tools and equipment; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; participate in inventory management and material tracking; help maintain a safe, clean work environment; hi lo operation required with Sky Trak experience a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in construction or yard work is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Operate hi lo
