Job Summary
Lead the construction service crew in repairing quality building projects while ensuring safety and high standards are met. Responsibilities include reading and understanding construction plans, executing tasks such as installing footings, framing, and finishing projects with various materials. Engage in problem-solving and provide leadership alongside the Crew Foreman. Position requires traveling and working in physically demanding conditions with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in quality building construction (post-frame preferred)
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- Participation in MBI formal training programs
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License with CDL A
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and at various heights
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and work in various types of weather conditions
- Skills needed to operate construction hand tools and other specialized equipment safely, efficiently and effectively.
