Job Summary
Lead a team of 2-3 crew members repairing projects with quality workmanship by organizing materials, planning daily activities, and resolving issues that arise. Ensure all employees follow safety procedures, maintain tools and equipment, and receive formal training. Communicate with customers on contractual aspects and provide professional leadership in a safe, organized environment. Work 9-10 hours during peak season with some overnight travel up to 25% of the time. Requires valid Class A CDL license, 3 years of leadership experience, and extensive post-frame construction knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' leadership in the building construction industry
- Extensive experience in post-frame construction
- Valid Drivers License and Class A CDL license or be able to obtain one within 6 months of being hired
- Available to work 9-10 hours during peak construction season
- Agree to comply with all of our safety processes and procedures
- Standard weight lifting requirements – 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
- Capable of working in a physically demanding environment and at various heights (up to 40 feet)
- Willing to travel with some overnight stay (up to 25% of the time)
