Job Summary
Manage the setup, organization, and operation of construction site warehouses for semiconductor fabrication projects, overseeing goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch. Ensure efficient material flows between the warehouse, construction site, and subcontractors while monitoring deliveries, inventory levels, and storage capacities against project schedules. Coordinate logistics service providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with quality, safety, and occupational standards. Support material and inventory controlling, documentation, and tracking of deliveries and consumption using ERP and warehouse management systems. Requires full on-site presence in an EU neighboring country west of Germany with a willingness to travel across Germany and Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational training or degree in logistics, construction management, industrial engineering or comparable
- Several years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally on large construction or industrial projects
- Proven experience managing material flows on construction sites or in project-related logistics environments
- Structured, solution-oriented approach with strong coordination skills
- Confident use of IT systems (e.g. ERP, warehouse management systems)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Full willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe
- 100% on-site presence
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in German, Dutch, or French
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
