Construction Warehous Manager / Supervisor (f/m/x) – EPCM Industry, Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

Job Summary
Manage construction site warehouse operations for semiconductor fabrication projects, overseeing goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch to ensure efficient material flows between the warehouse, site, and subcontractors. Monitor deliveries, inventory levels, and storage capacities while coordinating logistics providers and internal stakeholders. Enforce compliance with quality, safety, and occupational standards, and support material controlling and documentation. Requires vocational training in logistics or construction management, several years of experience in industrial warehouse management, and fluency in English. Full on-site presence required in an EU location west of Germany with flexible contractual home base options.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational training or degree in logistics, construction management, industrial engineering or comparable
- Several years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally on large construction or industrial projects
- Proven experience managing material flows on construction sites or in project-related logistics environments
- Structured, solution-oriented approach with strong coordination skills
- Confident use of IT systems (e.g. ERP, warehouse management systems)
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
- Full willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe
Desired Qualifications
- proficiency in German, Dutch, or French is a strong advantage
