Job Summary
Construction utility lead responsible for directing and coordinating utility tasks at all RoyOMartin facilities; plan and schedule project assignments onsite; monitor trash and perform cleaning/painting of handrails, catwalks, and grounds; provide direction and assist with general site maintenance including grounds maintenance, painting of buildings, cleaning/painting equipment, and operating mobile equipment; willing to learn and grow; requires a high school diploma or equivalent; able to support team members; detail-oriented; flexible to overtime and weekends; experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is a plus; degree in engineering or technology preferred; strong safety mindset and coaching/mentoring skills; demonstrates interpersonal and teamwork abilities, conflict resolution, assertiveness in communication, and ethical standards; capable of setting job priorities based on business demands and resource availability.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience
- Ability to provide support to team members
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment a plus
