Job Summary
Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, then travel to customer homes to greet them and establish rapport. Demo existing baths or showers, install new tubs, wall surrounds, and update plumbing as needed while following all SOPs and PPE protocols. Clean up thoroughly and collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device
- Ability to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Must be available for Monday-Friday schedule
- Must be available for a start time of 6:30 AM
- Must be able to travel to customer's home
- Must be able to lift and handle materials (implied by 'load materials and trucks' and 'Demo existing bath/shower')
- Must be able to perform safe and effective installations following Company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Must be able to wear and follow PPE protocol
- Must be able to collect paperwork and payment
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening process including a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
