Construction - Technology Solutions Engineer

Job Summary
Monitor subcontractor performance regarding quality and safety while developing standards for acceptable work across various trades. Perform quantity takeoffs, read bid documents, and interpret standard specifications to identify ambiguities. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, maintain record documents, and track change orders to prepare proposals. Review shop drawings and product submittals for conformance with contract documents and coordinate with other trades. Administer assigned subcontracts, track scope and schedule, and assist in project close-out as directed. Collaborate directly with project managers and superintendents on overall project oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Two to three years of experience in a similar field
- Ability to develop relationships with owners, design team, and subcontractors
- Self-motivated, problem-solver, strong work-ethic
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong passion for technology systems, construction management, and the industry is essential
- Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
