Job Summary
The Construction Technology Manager will drive the integration of construction processes into a unified technology architecture and develop roadmaps to enable data-driven project execution. You will collaborate with functional leaders, Digital & Information Technology (D&IT), and management to guide the construction sector's digital transformation, lead the delivery of new capabilities, build business cases with NPV analysis, and align investments with business strategy. Responsibilities include governing construction systems with IT, maintaining data/documentation requirements, overseeing tool evaluations and selections, and mentoring an extended team. A hybrid work arrangement is offered after the first 90 days, with compensation in the Colorado market range listed by state, and an ESOP-oriented, employee-owned environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Information Systems or local equivalent
- 8+ years of construction management experience
- 3+ years of technology management experience
- 8+ years of engineering and construction operations leadership experience
