Job Summary
Lead Procore administration across multiple data center construction projects by configuring user permissions, workflows, templates, and document management processes. Develop standardized procedures for RFIs, submittals, commissioning, and project controls while establishing document control standards and reporting procedures. Provide hands-on support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel through onboarding training, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Maintain real-time project information and create dashboards covering project health, schedules, and financial tracking. Support integrations between Procore, Primavera P6, and ERP systems to enhance digital workflows for commissioning and project turnover. Serve as the primary subject matter expert ensuring consistent platform adoption and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within the construction industry
- 3+ years of hands-on Procore administration or advanced user experience
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and construction documentation
- Experience working on fast-paced, large-scale commercial construction projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both field and office teams
- A proactive, process-driven mindset with exceptional organisational skills
