Job Summary
Join our in-house team as a Construction Technician focusing on apartment interior remodeling. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in interior residential construction, remodeling, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, construction materials, and measuring devices
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong time management skills
