Job Summary
Execute construction projects from start to finish by coordinating processes per work orders, staging, installing drywall and trim, applying texture, and painting. Maintain safe, professional jobsites while ensuring equipment and tools are cleaned, maintained, and stored properly on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. Oversee facility and grounds maintenance tasks, communicate project status with managers, and develop expertise in construction procedures and standards. Perform repetitive motions, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in confined spaces while tolerating exposure to dust, chemicals, and varying environmental conditions. Requires local travel with occasional out-of-town trips. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in construction
- Regularly lift 50 pounds independently
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work overhead for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to tolerate exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, fumes, and varying environmental conditions
- Ability to wear a respirator when required
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with occasional overtime, nights, and weekends
- Ability to perform local travel
- Ability to perform occasional out-of-town travel
