Construction Technician

Construction Technician responsible for compiling and resolving punch lists, coordinating with customers, conducting site inspections, and assisting in project management tasks. Key duties include attending pre-construction meetings, providing daily project updates, communicating with customers and the Construction Coordinator, scheduling work with the Construction Manager, performing construction services (e.g., drywall, trim, paint, punchout), managing subcontractors and material suppliers, handling material deliveries, ensuring work complies with plans and local codes, documenting activities with the ManageIT Mobile app, producing change orders, maintaining quality standards through site inspections, evaluating vendors/subcontractors, coordinating inspections with local jurisdictions, ensuring correct material delivery, and assisting in budget validation and progress tracking. Required to have a High School diploma or GED, basic written and oral communication, and basic math skills; experience in restoration and/or construction is preferred. The role requires physical work with walking/standing, driving, and exposure to loud environments, and offers a pay range of $20.00-$22.00 per hour with potential overtime. This is a full-time position with SERVPRO franchise in Buckeye, AZ.
