Job Summary
Perform construction and restoration services for SERVPRO franchise customers, coordinating with subcontractors and material suppliers; manage material deliveries and ensure work complies with plans, specs, local codes, and scope; document project activities using the ManageIT Mobile app; assist with change orders, site inspections, punch lists, and customer walk-throughs; provide project updates to the Construction Coordinator and communicate with customers; evaluate vendors/subcontractors and help manage budget and schedule; travel/drive to job sites and perform construction tasks such as drywall, trim, and paint; maintain quality standards and contribute to a safe, efficient work site.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic written and oral communication
- Basic math skills
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
