Construction Technician

Perform construction services as required to restore and repair property; assist with managing subcontractors and material suppliers; pick up and deliver material supplies or manage deliveries; ensure work complies with plans, specs, local codes, and scope; document project activities (photos, diary, signatures) using the ManageIT Mobile app; assist in managing and producing change orders; maintain quality through site inspections; compile and resolve punch list items; may attend pre-construction meetings and assist or perform final walk-through with customers; provide project updates to the Construction Coordinator; communicate with customers and provide responses; evaluate and rate vendors/subcontractors; coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions; ensure materials are delivered as ordered; assist in confirming budget adequacy and executing work within budget; help ensure subcontractors complete work per PO; verify schedule/progress with Construction Coordinator; identify areas outside contracted scope.
