Construction Technician

Construction Technician responsible for coordinating and performing restoration/construction tasks, including punch list resolution, client communications, project scheduling, subcontractor and supplier coordination, and quality control to ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope. Responsibilities include updating the Construction Coordinator with project progress, preparing change orders, documenting activities with photos and diaries, and assisting with site inspections and budget verification. Ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to operate with safety and quality standards across site tasks such as drywall, trim, paint, and overall construction activities.
