Job Summary
Execute construction projects from start to finish, coordinating processes per work orders and schedules while ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Perform job site activities including staging, installing drywall and trim, applying texture, and painting. Maintain equipment and tools by cleaning, maintaining, and storing them properly, and oversee facility and grounds maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with managers and office staff regarding project status and concerns. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime, nights, weekends, and local travel required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in construction
- Regularly lift 50 pounds independently
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work overhead for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to tolerate exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, fumes, and varying environmental conditions
- Ability to wear a respirator when required
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with occasional overtime, nights, and weekends
- Ability to perform local travel
- Ability to perform occasional out-of-town travel
