Job Summary
Oversee construction activities on the worksite by supervising contractors, planning, and implementing efforts across designated market sites. Report field progress to managers to ensure projects meet timelines, while maintaining quality standards and company best practices throughout the construction cycle. Lead crews to completion in conformance with schedules, customer requirements, and budget guidelines. Assist in monitoring inventory and troubleshooting construction problems to offer safe solutions. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation on a rotational basis. Some overnight and daily travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of fiber, Telecommunications, ROW, or relevant construction experience
- Ability to effectively lead a crew to the completion of and in conformance with schedule, customer requirements and budget guidelines
- Excellent understanding of construction and permitting prints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good planning and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Basic experience using Microsoft Excel formulations, Word, Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some travel will be expected, both overnight and daily travel
- The work arrangement for this role is in office onsite 5 days each week
- The CT will be part of the 24x7 on call on a rotational basis
