Job Summary
Assist the Construction Team in delivering assigned homes from framing through completion by conducting interior repairs on windows, doors, frames, baseboards, floors, insulation, and drywall. Perform carpentry finishing, assess and complete repairs resulting from quality control inspections, and prepare houses for City and customer inspections. Ensure complete cleanup inside and out, report defects to site staff, and review safety issues with the Health & Safety Rep. Maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor while identifying deficiencies and upholding core values. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
- On-the-job training is a must
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required
- Flexible to move to different projects and jobs
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma is an asset
- Computer skills are an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
