Job Summary
Install cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects by preparing pull-in tubes, operating winches, backhoes, and cranes, and curing resin products with inflation tubes and banding boots. Monitor equipment gauges, learn installation techniques and safety procedures, and drive various vehicles to haul crews and equipment. Perform site setup and cleanup tasks while wearing a respirator and body harness for confined space entry. Travel as needed to support projects across the Charlotte, NC area.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report
- Must possess a Class A or B CDL license
- Must be aligned with Insituform's motor vehicle standards
- Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
- Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
- Must be able to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience as a Construction Laborer and / or Installation Technician highly preferred
- OSHA certifications are a plus
- Tanker endorsement is preferred
