Job Summary
Oversee construction activities on worksites and supervise construction contractors in the field; plan, implement, and oversee construction efforts at multiple work sites within the designated market; report field progress to the Construction Manager or Project Manager to ensure projects meet timeline and quality standards; ensure adherence to company standards and best practices; participate in 24x7 on-call rotation; requires travel and strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of fiber, Telecommunications, ROW, or relevant construction experience
- Ability to effectively lead a crew to the completion of and in conformance with schedule, customer requirements and budget guidelines
- Excellent understanding of construction and permitting prints
- Assist in monitoring and reporting inventory/material usage during construction cycle
- Assist with the identification and troubleshooting of construction problems and offer timely and safe solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good planning and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Some travel will be expected, both overnight and daily travel
- Basic experience using Microsoft Excel formulations, Word, Outlook
