Job Summary
Complete baseline construction surveys and provide ongoing survey and layout throughout multiple projects. Create as-built drawings in AutoCAD, perform quantity takeoffs and tracking, and participate in daily huddles and toolbox talks. Partner closely with project Superintendents to ensure accurate site and building layout for successful, on-time commercial construction projects. Requires 8+ years of experience with large ($10M+) projects, 5+ years using AutoCAD, and strong knowledge of Total Stations, Data Collectors, and GPS. Willing to commute to Boston and surrounding areas within 1-1.5 hours.
Required Qualifications
- A strong, knowledge of survey equipment including Total Stations, Data Collectors, GPS
- Experience with site and building layout (e.g. anchor bolts)
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience performing construction survey and layout for large ($10M+) commercial construction projects
- A minimum of 5 years using AutoCAD
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to commute to Boston and surrounding areas (within 1-1.5 hours of Boston)
